I don't seem to be able to open up email attachments, IE just seems to shut down. also don't seem to be able to open pics on s-b. any suggestions? ran AGV but no help

Are you using a email client for example Outlook or are you going to a website logging in then trying to see the attachments? FYI system restores and IE issues will.not work 99% of the time as IE is part of explorer.exe. i am not a fan of system restores ever.
