Got Stripers 03-16-2018, 07:31 AM I'm trapped, to cold to fish, to snowy to golf, my gym still hasn't reopened and much as I'd like to put the boards in the truck and go skiing; Peg's mom has days left and I need to stay close. Probably go crab some pallets at the local power equipment store and cut up some starter wood and mess around with some fishing gear. MakoMike 03-16-2018, 01:23 PM All alone in the house for the weekend, kids went to Palm Springs. So I'm throwing a St. Pat's day party tomorrow night. Cook tomorrow and clean up on Sunday. Nearly went in January for a five star meal and a day of museums. Work travel screwed it up. Sea Dangles 03-18-2018, 11:17 AM First time using air b n b. Lots to see in a short time, my guess is that my son is not my tour guide👀. Staying in a great neighborhood so I am hoping to not become a target for the notorious pick pocketing. Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device spence 03-18-2018, 11:25 AM I've always had great luck with AirBnB. Check out the restaurant scene in advance, the food is supposed to be amazing. Sea Dangles 03-18-2018, 12:11 PM Over 8000 restaurants in that city. We are staying in Eixample with many quality eats in walking distance. My preference is to stay away from 5 star and go where the locals go. A week filled with jamon and cava. Time to brush up on my Espanol. I had an 800 dollar credit on British Airways I had to use or lose. Plan was to just fly out for day and come back so I was looking to go for a crazy dining experience. All I ended up eating was the ticket. piemma 03-20-2018, 02:34 PM Leaving this afternoon to go visit my son who is doing a semester in Barcelona Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device Safe travels Chris vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2025, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
