Anyone know the dumbass surf fisherman who got stuck in the mud up in Salem? Surf fishing in February in Salem? Really? Guy looked like a total googan replete with a nose ring! They get dumber by the day!:tm:

There is no reason to fish it as it isn't that deep but this past year some guy had to be rescued from there. Only boats I have seen near there are commercial work barge/boats up further, that must be severely limited by lack of water. This is the water NNW of the Salem courthouse and train station.
