No. He had a presumption. In his own words, all Sondland had was a presumption. His opening statement made it sound like he had more, and everyone ran with that. But he had zilch. Zero direct evidence, other than testifying that Trump said he wanted nothing.

Just have to get the cutout to testify, maybe Colludy will once his indictments come.

But remember lots of cases of extortion have resulted in convictions without direct evidence.
And more evidence of this conspiracy is showing up daily.
