There's tons of them in woods hole, those damn 15 inch fish keep getting in the way though.

Guy next to me got one that had to be 7 inches. I almost asked him for the fish for pictures and to say I caught it but I'm no cheater. Cold as a witches you know what this morning.

Okay enough with the small fish talk...

46" taken on an eel. I didn't get a weight as I planned to release her quickly after taking the pics and I didn't want to add the additional stress hanging her from the boga. She swam off strong.

I don't know about that eel thing, but it is nice to see someone more concerned about the fish than details. You'd have needed a #60 boga anyways.

A good one (28 lbs) and one that made me put the pencils away this morning and switch to jigs. Thats a 6" pencil..

Did the 1am-6am thing last night for one #10 fish on my second cast, then not another touch. Ugh.

Caught 10 fish this morning that end to end would equal a good fish. Starting to get bored.

Hey Paul - Don't get bored catching little fish; the way the managers (an oxymoron if there was ever one!) are counting on the 2011 year class to save everyone and those are still plenty small. Should be schoolie fest the next couple of years! You guys will be competing for the Numby award with 10-inch fish, not the monsters you are proud of this season.

So there's still a chance to catch the numby award! I'm not done yet!

Great picture. A really bright, healthy looking fish.

not 14.9375, but close, 9 foot st croix, 50 lb power pro, 50 pound pink ande leader, drag actually cranked all the way down, thing damn near pulled me in.

Still some good fish around.

Forgot the tape in my other bag but using the rod to estimate this was a little shorter but probably heavier than my earlier entry. Released after a quick photo.

Real nice fish. Especially this late in the year.
