Buzzards Gulch needs some cleaning out of ice as well.

My short experience of living on Islands in Winter is that if you know you can get off by boat or plane one can suffer through the desolation. When you know you cannot get off no way then the desolation really settles in around ones ears and becomes over whelming.

Rain shcmain.... my gutters are frozen solid, so the water is pouring over the sides... sooooo the water is pooling up around my foundation.. In about 2 hours my basement is gonna flood:(

Even worse is that I live in a raised ranch type of house (70's deckhouse) and when the basement floods, my den floods, the landry room floods, the bathroom floods.... yikes!
