:drool:How about some recipes for last weeks MSBA feast?:drool:
That chowder was restaurant grade - too bad it was dug into before the judges could get to it. The fish cakes were primo. I had some lobster&crab cakes this weekend that cost me an arm and a leg and were no where near as good. The tuna was exquisite. The gourmet striper presentation from BigFish was excellent. Best to be eaten straight from the grill - man was it hard not to dig in to the items sent in for judging!! Watching the masters out there at the grill was a great time. I will gladly trade some fresh BBQ for some of the delicious entres that came out that night!! Kudos to all!! |
My brother is going to love this post. He thinks he's some kind of cook or chef or something.

That tuna was as good as filet mignon and shrimp all rolled into one!
