I remember that happening during the Falmouth display awhile back. One shell detonated prematurely about 3 minutes into the show and the embers lit off the rest of the display while it was on the deck. It was a hell of a show for about 3 minutes. Luckily, only minor injuries as the crew jumped overboard when it happened.
