Pretty good. Though I think there could still be a commercial harvest - I'd like to see maxed at 30% of current regs. This will allow some and still have commercial availability of the stuff you need Menhaden for (Omega 3, WD40
) and not for the stuff you don't : fertilizer, cat food, machine oils...
