Hey not to break balls and I like fishing eels too,,, but,,,
There is no way of casting an eel into a strong headwind but you sure can cast those needles,,,,,and they catch,,,,
Sometimes catching a nice fish on a windy night can have a big price tag,
,,,, it also is better that not fishing in those conditions at all,,,,,, JMHO
I just hope they get fished,,,
