There is no way of casting an eel into a strong headwind but you sure can cast those needles,,,,,and they catch,,,,

Sometimes catching a nice fish on a windy night can have a big price tag,,,,, it also is better that not fishing in those conditions at all,,,,,, JMHO

I just hope they get fished,,,
