No it's not common for guys to target trout that way, but during certain times of the year one can do some damages. Not sure what that color was...It's kind of a pearl olive with a little green. Mike painted me up some for smallies, but once the Striper season started.......Living so close to the Canal made it hard to do anything but saltwater for me.....So this was my late atempt at throwing the big swimmers in the salt. The rapalas or broken back rebels are my favorite by far.......Tho I feel like a big old Brown in the double digits would just rather eat some thing bigger if he can.
