you go to
Web Design and Development Tools and download it for free
then this ruler can sit on top of any picture on your PC
when ya check the box "
stay on top "
then if ya know the hook size or there's a quarter in the pic
you can determine the measurements fairly accurately
and i'm sure the
BASS won't mind if your a Centimeter off.
it can be configured to millimeters, centimeters, or inches.
you stretch the ruler and it tells you length or width
right in the center of the ruler
