almost 60 years ago... I am sure that there might be some surveyor error..but not 10 feet.. and having been on the outer beaches in the sixties and today... I am inclined to believe that ocean is gaining...or... maybe we is sinking???
Age has brought you closer to the ground.

I honestly find 10' in 40 years hard to believe.
