Ronnie, it was grilled(propane) wrapped in foil with small holes poked in it. We also have a small wood chip thing that sits in the grill and gives a nice smoked aroma.
Next up on the receipe front will be a cajoun rub and I'm also a big fan of the Hoysan sauce!
