If true that the person getting the whooping stole the shoes then the thief made out better than he should have. If not, then he'd better get his day in court. This is how disagreements used to be settled... no courts, no police. Considering the way things are now, I'm surprised no one got shot or stabbed.
The video stated that some kids were expelled for "not helping the victim". Putting the ethics aside, I didn't know there was a legal obligation to help someone out in a situation like that.
