I don't think I've ever heard of anyone who dressed up for a baby birthin'. On the other hand I never heard of anyone doing what I did for our first one. I was a COBOL programmer at the time and in great detail, I flow charted every step of the labor and birth process and taped it on the hospital wall. Even the doctor was impressed I had captured it flawlessly.
