Spoons..

Looking at these spoons to fish for bluefish, fluke, stripe bass and whatever I can get from the surf...tell me what you think please!

If this is the wrong section for the question, or there is already a thread exactly like this, please tell.

Looking at these colors...

(209)Nickel/Neon Green Stripe
(030)Nickel/Neon Blue
(020)Mother of Pearl

Going to pick one in each of 3/8, 3/4, and 1 oz. but don't know which color to go with what weight. Unless there in a color that isn't as good.

Looking to get two of them and in 1oz.

I would seriously consider the Point Judes http://pointjudelures.com - not only is he a sponsor here and a smaller manufacturer - his stuff seriously catches.

Plus they are available at many local tackle shops - even in Jersey.

The guys are quite right!! When possible you should support the sites and site sponsors that you visit. These guys put out a lot of valuable information and provide a place for all to share. I consider this kind of support the price of admission

I wasn't set on buying from there, just wondering about the products alone. Which would catch blue fish and also the stripers when they're in season?

Sure - they'll certainly work...

As far as point you to where - I don't know your waters but a lot of tins/jigs like to be cast and bounced on the sand especially around/along rips and structure.

Boat or shore?
