Drill bits

If any of you guys coming to plugfest have trouble thru drilling plugs, fishpart and I will have a few extras. They are kind of pricey but they are specifically made for drilling end grain so they don't wander as others have a tendency. Brad point bits with the spurs ground off. 18 each
will have some 6" and 8".
Just letting you guys know

I think we will have total 2-8" and 2-6" one of each 5/32 and 1/8. I ordered what Slip needed and one extra.

Don't be afraid of the 6 inch, they get you started dead nuts, then any old twist drill bit can finish it off, also if you go in from both ends, a 6" is all you need on most plugs anyway.

Thanks Ed

thanks gattafish, that's the place. They have a store that is open Saturdays, but you'd have to order ahead of time so they can grind the spurs off.
GF, I used to get bits from them also.

Tobias 8"
KarlF 8"
VB 6"
Cranium 6"
all set
you guys can fight over which diameter

GF, that's where I got them. It is less than 2 miles from where I work.

1 week lead time, I can bring some to TCTFN if anyone wants some..
