Van Staal Pliers
Van Staal Pliers
I am in the market to buy a pair and I have a question
other than 50 bucks and 1 inch, what is the difference
between the 6 and 7 inch?
is the 7 inch worth the extra money?

Buy the 7 inch....more versatile. You might find the 6's a tad small!

7" has a little more leverage if you need to cut a hook.

Is there any advantage to buying an expensive aluminum pair or a titanium pair?

get the 7's. my wife bought me the 6's as a gift and I exchanged them. the 6's fit weird in my hand and the cutter always ended up right at the webbing between my thumb and index finger, felt dangerous.
