Oil companies losing their shirts?

Don't you mean posting record profits for the second time this year?

Never did I think I would see sub $2.00 prices again in my life! I guess this is the one positive in a failing economy. OPEC meets at the end of the month so enjoy it while it lasts.

what's the point ?.....even if it goes to $0.50 a gallon ,the way construction is going, there wont be enough dough to fill the truck.

Th F***ing Sunoco station in Harrisville RI is still $2.35 a gallon. He is the only gas station for miles in any direction so he constantly gouges. I would run out of gas before I buy from this jerk.

No boat, back in the suds.

In high school my folks had a gold '63 Impala - bro, I was pimpin' driving that to the Block (that's West Broadway for you youngsters) to find someone to buy for us on Friday night -

Yup, let's see - 2 sixers of Bud, pint of Tango, a coupla GIQ's - coupla bucks for gas....

Man, I wish I had that car today - I'd be low-ridin' all over town, my main - with rod racks on it, too...

true. Our hall hasn't had a call for a carpenter in over a week. We have 140 guys on the bench out a membership of 430. I've been out for going on 7 weeks now.

Things don't look good at all around here, constructionwise.
