I remember .25 a gallon or so - but you also got it pumped for ya and got free glassware with a fill-up

boston whaler jugs (ten gallons) and going all weekend

but i'm talkin about recently like in the 80's before we started getting reemed at the pump

In high school my folks had a gold '63 Impala - bro, I was pimpin' driving that to the Block (that's West Broadway for you youngsters) to find someone to buy for us on Friday night -
Yup, let's see - 2 sixers of Bud, pint of Tango, a coupla GIQ's - coupla bucks for gas....
Man, I wish I had that car today - I'd be low-ridin' all over town, my main - with rod racks on it, too...

1.86 a gal here in New Jersey Jets country..  
Am I supposed to be happy.Can some one tell me how it can go down 120 percent in three months.
The price of fuel surcharge on everything shipped by land is still intact.I have not seen anything that I buy go down in price yet..They got what they wanted out of this..
