Oil Company
So I wake up Sunday and it's a little cold in the house, go to the bathroom, no hot water. Go downstairs and my tank is bone dry. wtf? Call the oil company. C.K.Smith btw. And they tell me I'm shut off because I owe them 271.00 and change for the last fill up. I said no I owe you that for a service call in January that you finally sent the bill last week. They sent a tech with 10 gallons of oil. Said they'd send a truck today. They didn't but they still want their friggin' 271.00 and change. OK it's been mailed. A tech came out with another 10 gallons. So help me if they don't fill the tank tomorrow...
After 32 years being their paying customer, wouldn't you think that the sobs would at least call before the let me run dry? I have never ,ever stiffed these jerks and pay more than other companies for service. CKSmith bought out another Company and that's where the poop hits the fan. They're about to be fired. If I run dry again they're about to be sued..
