Flight lands at 10 p.m and I plan to be knee deep in the canal by 1 a.m for the first time since last September.

Can't tell you how stoked I am!

Gonna wake up at 2AM Saturday and go stand waist deep in salt water. Hopefully I'm awake enough to remember my waders.

It is only a half marathon, so why not fishing?

A buddy of mine (54 years old) is doing the Boston Light Swim into the the Lst bath house in Southie. Going to see him hopefully come in. This a historical 8 mile swim with no wetsuits allowed. Then gonna hit Sully's at castle island for a hot dog with the kids. Gonna throw some wood while waiting for him to come in. Sunday bike ride with the kids and fish later.

Fished my ass off for 4 days straight at the Ditch. Back hurts like hell as I am not use to the SU1208 with a 4oz jig. Tough to get old. Hitting the Icy/Hot

Just watch the Icy Hot. The hot can hurt if you're not careful. Mineral Ice is much better.

Thanks for the advice. It seemed to help a lot. I can't figure out which pain reliever works best and I have tried Bayer Asprin, Aleve, Advil Tylonol and a generic ibuprofin. Any advice???
