Just watch the Icy Hot. The hot can hurt if you're not careful. Mineral Ice is much better.

Thanks for the advice. It seemed to help a lot. I can't figure out which pain reliever works best and I have tried Bayer Asprin, Aleve, Advil Tylonol and a generic ibuprofin. Any advice???

No boat, back in the suds.
