Epoxy square off !!!!!
This is it !!!! These two are going in the bag and will be abused..So Far I like them both as far as application..One seemed a little easier to work with, but I'll wait until I have more experience with them ...

In this corner !!! System 3 SB-112 used for building sail and surf boards...A little more exspensive than clear coat...not much..also has UV - absorbers for more resistance to chalking and yellowing...The gloves are off,,Time will tell...

I've heard a theory that blurple works so well because it reflects u.v. rays and fish can detect them with their eyesite. If that is true, a clearcoat that absorbs u.v. would be counter productive. Just tossing an idea out to see what others will say. Thanks.
B.T.W. nice work on those pikies!

Your not suppose to get it on your skin At All..Wierd it says you'll break out with a rash inside of your forearms and on your forehead above your eyebrows if you become sensitized.. Once its cured NP..I'll try to get more factts ..

If the label lists isocyanates, you should be using gloves and a really good cartridge respirator. That stuff is a killer. Take care Tagger we can't afford to have a plug master down.

Nib the sb112 is a hair thicker,,both brush on nice...no bubbles like enviorotex..I have to label everything .. I can't tell them apart ..SB112 does have this uv light protection..On some of my paperwork it says "Resist UV Light" on other paper work it says it has "UV light absorbers"...I have to get to the bottom of that one and what it means if anything to fish.. SB112 requires no tie coats..

Tagger, you can send me one of those white/red heads when you're done testing them. That will give you a little more room

Tagger, I showed that needle you gave me to bassmaster today and he liked it but I had a hard time keeping him from taking something before he left. I didn't frisk him but I think I am safe. He was drooling over my NIB pikie and pawing everything I have.

Have you tried West yet?
If so, how'd it work out?
I got a ton of it for boat repairs/surfboard repairs/etc.
Stuff is stronger than steel.
They send out a newsletter that they buried an eyebolt into concrete then did pull tests... concrete will break before west does... go figure
