I really dont think pushing the liquor is a good idea on a fishing board . look at what your doing to poor mikey on a Monday . good thing ricky hasnt seen it yet .

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but spirits stop aging once they get put in the bottle.
But as long as its been capped it should be fine to drink....if you don't want to chance it though I can make sure it gets disposed of properly for you

Proof will not go up. Upon reaching a certain alcohol percentage (forget where exactly) the bacteria poison themselves with their own waste, which is alcohol. Yes, we drink bacteria poop. To reach higher proof drinks (basically all the liquors) you have to distill. Since alcohol and water have different boiling points, you can get rid of the water and leave the good stuff behind  |
