Calcuttas & Prize money

This came up in another thread, but I want to see how you guys handle it.

I fish a few tournaments each season with a standard crew, the same three guys have fished with me for two seasons now. We have an arrangement, I supply the boat, fuel, and tackle. They bring food and drink and cover all entry fees and calcuttas. When we win money, we have split it four ways.

Many other guys have approached me and said I was getting the short end of the deal being that it is my boat. They say the boat takes a share or the skipper gets half, etc. But since we have won some cash in two of the past tournaments and set a precendt of spliting things equaly, I don't see how I can change the rules now....how do you handle things on your boat?
