I like it a several CC Bay locations. Just if you can get out there is another story as it is usually rough.

NE / E usually represents a drop in barometric pressure which tends to push the fish deeper. It is rougher than our prevailing sou'westerly winds so it make for challenging and sometimes dangerous conditions.

With the new moon this week the west tide is astronomically fast in the canal, 4.67 knots tonight and going to 4.9 over the next few days. Push it with NE at 15-20..... Its gonna be screamin....

I just hope the water doesn't turn brown...

My local after work spots fish great on NE wind. Easy casting. Hmm... dropping tide in a little over an hour and somewhat reduced boating traffic due to conditions...
