is driving me even more batty .... i need more vitamins lol

Raven, does the Ginko ever make your heart race and get you all edgy? I took some the other day, and i wasn't sure if it was just the horrendous day I was having at work or the Ginko. I am nervous to take it again.

zac, I was taking it regularly for a few years in the morning, for some reason I started taking it at night and couldnt sleep, it took me awhile to figure out why I couldnt sleep, once I went back to taking it in the morning, I was fine.
It definitely has some "caffeine" like qualities.

raven if your drinking coffee to compensate, the caffine will probably keep you up the next night and you will have a viscious cycle... lay off the coffee for a day or 2 and chug through it. your body will adapt and will hopefully give you some good sleep.
i battle with sleep issues constantly-

it's not laced with caffiene if thats what your thinkin..
it delivers more oxygen to your brain is what it does
to make you more mentally alert

was smack dab in the middle of ground ZERO
and that sucker grew back again.

when you're really fried and need to get up mentally for something (meeting, etc) have some dark chocolate, the darker the better. kicks the brain into gear with alittle less jitteryness than coffee. Lindt 85% cocoa is pretty good.

oh I needed a good laugh!
Hey reminds me of the day I made myself a tuna sandwhich for lunch. I came home that night and saw the rest of the tuna salad in the trash and asked my husband why he threw it out. Apparently I put the bread in the fridge and the rest of the tuna on top on the fridge (where the bread should be)

When I wake up in the middle of the night, I convince myself that I won't get back to sleep, and I go fishing.
