The Whatever Annual S-B TFCTFN 2009 is scheduled for February 28, 2009. The Best Damn Raffle and the Best Damn Winter Party.

I'm looking for good ideas for keeping the same or changing things up this year.

I would LOVEEEEEEEE if someone (T-Timber? Clammer?) was up for MC duties (could be paid gig )...

For those that know what TFCTFN is and for those that don't:

TFCTFN: "Too Frieckin' Cold To Fish Night"

S-B's annual bash get-together at the VFW hall in Fairhaven Mass, stumbling distance (across street) from Holiday Inn. Lots of people from the site (usually around 100) and some of the daring significant others, come to celebrate in a time honored manner to wish away winter for a good fishing harvest. Kind of like Groundhog day, with a bar.

We have some gag awards, real awards, big buffet dinner (managed by Bomba Catering) with food provided by the members, entertainment - this year provided by Mike Laptew - a MONSTAH raffle table.

It really is a great night, a chance to meet fellow S-Bers, help support the site, and stab a dagger into the heart of 'Ol Man Winter.
