area
The mountain in the background of the last pic there is a big white pine area thats where they usually roost. The big problem is most of that Mt is privately owned and they dont allow hunting .Bigger problem are the coyotes. In march i have to stop feeding as the bears like to destroy my feeders. I am at the foot of the Berkshires behind the Mt is Blanford which is Rt 23 .Great area for any wildlife makes a long winter a little more enjoyable.
