Nothing last night so I checked online. Delivery rescheduled for today. She's leaving in about 2 hours. They Better get here! So I check UPS site and see this for tracking:

Just hope when they do arrive they are not (or have not) been frozen! We received a live, flowering plant with all the blooms dying due to having been frozen. We did get a replacement after calling to complain.

Given the diversity of the human species, there is no “normal” human genome sequence. We are all mutants.

Well, they arrived before she left. Not bad service...out of the 2 dozen ordered, they managed to squeak 23 out of the 24 in. Last time I deal with THEM!

Call and complain you didn't get the full count and you'll likely get a new 2 dozen! You can always say they had evidence of being frozen and didn't last more than a day or 2 in the vase before dropping all the petals..

Ya know what...I emailed them and told them "23 out of 24 isn't bad" They emailed me back stating to pick another arrangement and they'll ship it out for free. 1 rose isn't worth busting their chops for it...it was the principle of it. Nice gesture, though. Gained a little more favor in my pea sized brain
