Special Slipkot Delivery This AM!

Well I delivered Slipknot's new Ditch Cruiser this morning and all I can say is how thrilled and just plain overwhelmed he was with it! The quote that most struck me funny was when he squeezed the brakes and exclaimed "Hey these brakes actually work!". I would like to thank my fellow S-B'ers who generously contributed to help with this gift! Bruce is a great friend to many here and his contributions both here at S-B as a moderator and in all the other S-B events throughout the year do not go unnoticed and for all you do Bruce.....we thank you!

Here are a few pics of Bruce's tired old bike......we shall call her...."Rusty"!

The New Ride!

Here are some pics of the new bike! Slip commented on how comfortable it was.....lots of storage in the large baskets and tubes for 2 rods! Bruce will pimp it out to his liking this week just in time to hit the breaking tides! Hopefully he will show us some pics when he finishes trimming it out! Enjoy Bruce and best of fishing to you on your new bike from your friends at S-B!!

Here's hoping you fill those baskets with at least one 50+! Enjoy and remember to wear your helmet! The helmet is to deflect all the BS about your new wheels.

I don't know how to thank you all who are most generous and kind enough to do something like that. So thanks go out to all my friends here at S-B
I am as overwhelmed as I was when I first saw the original thread that made me very uncomfortable and awkward. I have a hard time receiving as I am a giver not a taker. and bigfish, you are the ringleader, not just the messenger so it IS all your fault. So I thank you all again and I will try to make real good use of it. Thank you John, I'll get you later
Phil , I may need more than a helmet

Paul, sure your friend can have it if he wants it. we were gonna plant it up in a tree down along the canal but that may not be the best thing to do with it.

The United States Constitution does not exist to grant you rights; those rights are inherent within you. Rather it exists to frame a limited government so that those natural rights can be exercised freely.

My vote for the old ride is to make it a PeeWee Herman bike.A flaming red paint job, banana seat and a sissy bar.One bitchin ride, congrats Bruce.

Awesome Slip, but I think you'll have to raise the seat.

Thumbs up Thats AWESOME

look at all that JOY pouring out of Him....

He needed that...!

ALL he needs now (besides the custom board) is a ringer bell
and some base ball ( or magic cards ) hitting the spokes.

thanks to LArry (Kudos) and the S-B Gang for putting it together.

I learned Slip is a fan of OCC, I take him for an "old school" guy so I can see his new bike tricked out to mimic this OCC bike....
