Train to Hyannis

The Barnstable Patriot - Boston-Hyannis passenger rail service due by May

I wonder if this will cause problems for us draggin our bikes over the tracks along the canal. Could be some issues. Good thing I don't usually fish canal on weekends.

You mean the canal bite can now be mugged by rail. Nice.

I believe the train crosses on RR Bridge and turn south to
Hyannis from there. Not parallel to CCC.

I thought the tracks to Hyannis run through Sandwich and Barnstable. Would south not put it in buzzards bay?

The tracks are about 50' from the Canal road all the way from the Bourne Bridge to Pleasant Street in Sagamore.

exactly, crosses 6A a couple times on and above pretty much follows it to exit 7 then along willow street into Hyannis.

Pretty sure Johns route, rail line, is a bike path to woods hole now, at least part of it.

If the bikes aren't a problem my guess is dragging a couple of keepers up into one of the coach's full of folks headed back up north would be.
