My daughter is coming home for a week, so we will be hanging out.
Firing up some ribs in the smoker tomorrow, then drinks by the fire.
Yard work on Sunday

Camping at Pinewood Lodge, although I'm working tonight. I'll be back in the morning. So its fishing, hanging around, kayaking and cooking.

Maybe if you're cooking them for 8 hours but not for 2-3.
Best technique I've found is to raise a corner with a spoon, then use a paper towel for grip to pull it off.

I prefer to “Blood Eagle” the pig in my backyard, if he squeals he doesn’t get in to Valhalla.
Still ends up in my smoker though

Same here. Did 6 racks last night, 2 for us and 2 each for some friends. 4hr smoke, hickory pellets. Meat church honey and hot honey rubs. So good!

Did a sweet Kansas City rub and finished them on the grill with a Coca Cola BBQ sauce.
