Hope you don't live in Mass

(because netting stripers is illegal, unless you're landing one after catching it on a hook and line )

Nice One. Some guys work many months to get one so big. Some guys have them run into their nets! Unbeleiveable.

eh blue crabs taste better anyway. I just thought the look on his face was priceless. In all honesty I have never see a yr with so many fish, theres never a bad day on the watter its driven me to start to fish for different species. fluke, tuna, etc..

so i guess you use a spot and stalk method huh?them things are fast swimmers care to elaborate alittle about your technique?we got a spot where we catch them going under a narrow bridge and net them as they come by with the tide.but that spot is way up cape.here in the westport river were i live weve been trying ring nets with not that great results.
