Yes. Was hoping they would let the positive trend continue for few more years before potentially sabotaging the comeback. Won't be surprised if they raise it again to get back to the 20% they cut back a few years ago. It's almost there now. There is no doubt that it was effective from my point of view. Haven't seen as many peanuts and adults as I've seen this year in a very long time.

Then they voted for the 6 whatever % increase. A modest increase, but almost back to where they needed to make the original 20% cut. So, the usual 'over fish, try to repair and recover, over fish' cycle will continue. smh
