Yup, its true, just heard it on the news! Alfonso Soriano and someone else, I forget who they said, to the Rangers for A-Rod! Jeter is going to stay at short and A-Rod will play third base. Steinbrenner has agreed to take on the entire amount of A-Rods remaining contract.

It's gonna cost the Rangers around 67 million to get rid of Arod. Eliminates 110 some odd million in deferred salary and interest.

Yanks pay him 16 mill a year + 4 million signing and interest. Get to unload Soriano who fielding was soso bad and hitting failed miserably this fall.
