no injecting this year, just a little cajun rub. it's pretty easy, and BY FAR the best tasting turkey going! this is my 11th straight thanksgiving going fried. usually do one on Christmas and one other throughout the year. only had 1 catch on fire so far...

My friends did that last year, the numb nutz put too much oil. When they lowered the turkey, a bunch of oil bubbled over the side, all over their deck.

that's the only part of the turkey i eat, so i only buy the breast. always end up tossing the legs/wings out.

Any one ever try beer but chicken. You cook it with a can in the opening and the beer moisture slowly seeps in it.

Beer chicken is killer, i lke using other stuff better though in the can instead of bear. I have a rack that holds the chicken up and the can in place

I got one of those turkey friers, but haven't used it yet. I will be trying it in the next couple of weeks. That bird looks yummy.
