RickBomba Registered User Join Date: Apr 2001 Posts: 4,449	replacement rod tip Hey guys, About to put a replacement rod tip on an Okuma that I broke the tip off. My question is as follows: the break is pretty even, but should it cut it to be perfectly even, and if so, what should I use to cut, as the rod is graphite and I'm afraid it wil splinter.
