Is Virginia catch and kill or catch and release?

No Such Thing...

No such thing as Catch and release down there.....I just got back from fishing there the last 6 days. The fish are pretty easy pickens there, they are all schooled up blitzing everything down the coast. We were dropping jigs down there and pulling 60-100 bass a day between 20-30lbs. You couldnt imagine all the boats on the weekends with everyone easily boxing limits. The only advantage for the bass is that it is winter, and it can get ugly there this time of year restricting alot of boats.
