casting station

I have a mskiff 2090 as my avatar shows. I find that I do not use the front platform that much as I do not feel comfortable standing up nor do my parties. I have seen in pictures several approaches to putting a casting station for 1 up on the platform but havent actually been able to use one myself.
My thoughts are something similar to a bass boat leaning chair but with more support above the waist and adjustable to fit many sizes I am 6'4" and some of my sports are 5'2". Weight capacity is up to 300 lbs standing wet!

I also would prefer for it to be low profile when trailering as I travel up and down MASS/RI coastline and maybe as far a South Jersey.

Anyone have suggestions of providers, solutions to work on this off season?
