This is from my buddy Mark White who lives on Koloa.
Howd you like to fish this every day
He sent me another today of how he gets to this spot...by climbing down about 150' of cliff...The video starts at the top and goes to the point he's standing at. Unfortunately I can't show that video to you yet because it's got something under development on it but maybe this winter
I have not fished for GT yet, but every thing i have seen about them is that they are a sick fish to catch ... they are a cousin to jack crevalle I believe, and i have had my share of those down in Fla when I lived down there ... GT are jacks on steroids ... would love to go for them.

If any of you guys are interested in Mark's lures I can have him send me an assortment of different sizes. They are indestructible, capable of shattering concrete.
It's sick ... but why wouldn't he just fish from the point he released the fish from ... seems like it would be easier ... unless he couldn't get the distance to the white water he is able to from the cliff ... great stuff.

AWESOME video, probably the best surfcasting video I've seen...
I saw a few of them while snorkeling in Hawaii, I bought a cheap combo while I was there and tried for them with a yozuri popper with no luck, didn't really have time for a shore charter, there was one on the island that took you over night (this was Maui).
Unreal stuff, I'm just amazed that he was able to gaff it like that...
