danno1 Registered User Join Date: Jul 2006 Location: Stamford,CT Posts: 115	Best line to use I`m just starting the "basics" regarding surf casting, since I put the boat away. I have 2 poles, one is a 9 1/2, that has a ( don`t laugh), South Bend 670A Long Cast, with a gear ratio of 4.6: 1. The other pole is an 11 1/2, that has a ( I`m serious! ), Michell 386 ? on it. I`m guessing Braid would not be the best choice ? Mono ? What lb. would work best?
