very perceptive notaro
Ricky splurged and bought that for my birthday about 6 years ago. The reel lasted 2 months. So I got a Bait Runner 6500 on it now. Cheap a$$ rod yeah, but it sure has held up under some pretty good pressure and has helped me land some big fish in very strong current.

What else Rizzo? As soon as my check clears at three, I'm restocking and heading back out there. I found an absolutely pi$$er place to fish down there.

I dunno, Greg, I think you're developin' the right attitude to get yourself ready for BI in the fall -
Hey, I've gotta check the Classifieds every day to see if there's any new boats for sale named 'Jane' - - then I'll know it's serious.
