You can always fish. I've found the weather this time of year to be very unpredictable. Storms marching towards us seems to break and scatter very quickly.

Just use your head and quit at the first sign of thunder or lightening.

Okay, I will do that. Thanks, Spence. Should I bring a rag or something to cover my rod and reel to avoid lighting? A rubber cover?

Your killing me!!

The chance of you getting struck by lightning is extremely small!

I love to fish in the rain/storm because no one is there and the pressure on the fish is low.

Keep one on the rod tip and another in the sky.

You didnt miss much.. we were like an hour or two too early.

I stuck around about another hour... Had at LEAST another hour till the tide changed...

Something grabbed my eel once... let it go....

I got eyed suspiciously by a large skunk and a larger possum..

Then when I was leaving I got to see the performance in the truck two spots down from where we were parked... Exhibitionism rocks.
