Real nice work -- how heavy ? size? Does the acrylic turn Ok? Heat building up when spinning??

very, very nice. almost too pretty to throw into the ocean with all the toothy critters in it. i'm curious how you polish off the sanding-grinding abrasions. you have a polished finish on them almost as though they were molded that way.

Well I use wet sanding in drop down from corse to fine grit. Then end up polishing on a Buffing wheel with Jeweler's rouge.
