There's sites that you can go to and download some that people made..i guess you can make them in this certain kind of program, if not something like Adobe Photoshop, or Pantshop Pro, but you'd have to be close of drawing practically everything by hand, on the computer.

First of all thanks Katie. I have Adobe 5.5 and a non commercial version. It probably is capable of making them and adding motion. I don't have the book however,
Solomon....I am looking to learn how to make them. Thank you for your reply. I just find them very entertaining when I have time to be here and actually remember to add them for effect to any post I put up.
