Sooz, today i'm minding my own business driving back from the lumber yard with some ceda in my truck. Suddenly look behind me and see a black, unmarked Suburban, all dark tinted windows, flashing it's red and blue lights from behind the grille,signaling to pull me over.
Now i know i wasn't speeding, but look down and say oh sheet, i don't have my seat belt on, and with a quick cat like move i hook it.
A plainclothesman gets out, taps the side of my truck with his hand,and asks, "Shannon".
I say," no Dave". He asks for my liscense and then says, "we have an attempted suicide on our hands and are looking for an older model teel green pick up with a white box in the bed. My truck to a T.
For some reason i blurt out," i'm not killin myself today, i'm gettin ready for the PLugfest".
He smiles, gives me back my liscense,and gets back in his Suburban,
like he Knows what the Plugfest is.
He's prolly thinkin this guy may not be killin himself today but, we'll see him in a straight jacket some day.
